Brabners Chaffe Street secures Peel Ports legal brief

Leading NW law firm Brabners Chaffe Street has been appointed sole legal advisor to Peel Ports, the UK's second largest ports group, following a competitive pitch.
The three year contract includes all employment, commercial litigation, property and planning, corporate, commercial and marine issues across Peel Ports' entire English portfolio including Mersey Docks & Harbour Company, the Manchester Ship Canal and Medway Ports, and assistance legal matters relating to the company's businesses in other legal jurisdictions.
As part of the agreement Peel's existing three-strong legal team will move to Brabners Chaffe Street, who will bring their expert industry knowledge into the law firm's existing teams.
Brabners Chaffe Street beat seven other firms to the brief.
